I am writing to report an issue with a recent order I received. I purchased a set of false eyelashes that were advertised as self-adhesive and not requiring glue. However, upon receiving the package, I found that the product was damaged and unusable. The adhesive on the eyelashes was completely dry, and they did not stick at all. Additionally, the included glue (if any) was completely dried out and ineffective. This made the entire set unusable. I would appreciate it if you could assist me in processing a full refund or a replacement for this item, as it did not meet the advertised expectations and arrived in poor condition. The applicator was missing from the package

This has been the BEST lash find. The PROs: - It's saves you the hassel of dealing with lash glue - It literally saves you $$$ and time compared to using lash extensions - The different length/volume varieties are great - The refills are a great option instead of having to buy a whole set The CONS - you have to find the art of making sure that when you are pressing the false lash against your own, you don't accidently get it stuck to the lash applicator tool. It takes some practice but this was the only inconvenience I experienced.

The adhesive on the clusters was dried and not sticky. I had to apply another adhesive to use.
