Edit - I have been taking this for about 6 months, and was taking one a day until a couple weeks ago as I was concerned it would bother my stomach. I continue to have no sugar craving and since starting this supplement have lost 15lbs. I have told a few others about it. None of them have had a change in their appetite so I guess it is either psychological on my part or just my unique body. But they have reported feeling more energetic. Which I have not. Also, in the reviews it looks like many people have noticed l anti-inflammatory properties. I have not experienced any noticable anti-inflamatory benefits. Finally, I suggest taking this on a full stomach. I started taking this supplement about 6 weeks ago. The dosage is 2/day but I have been taking only one a day because I tend to be sensitive. Im In my 70's and have noticed a significant decrease in my craving for sweets, which has been a challenge for me since I was a child. It is crazy. I no longer have any craving! I have lost 10 lbs. I can't say this will do the trick for anyone else, but based on my experience, I highly recommend!

No stomach upset. I really don't notice any changes in my health due to this product such as cognitive skills such as memory, joint support, stability of blood sugar, hair loss, etc. Does it work? I don't know.
