The product is easy to use and works great. It works exactly as it says and is light and easy to maneuver. When I had a question, the customer service was very helpful and they replied quickly to my needs.

I bought the first one, loved it, worked maybe 3 times and then just quit . Returned and replaced and now the replacement worked 2-3 times but the battery will not charge again. I will be returning the second and will find another brand

This MOP is great and worked well for me for the period I was using it. The second battery is also a great enhancement as it allows for continuous cleaning. I amMissing my mop now and I somehow misplaced the charging cord and now I am unable to charge the batteries so am looking for a second charger to purchase as I am unable to find one readily. So please keep your chargers safe as a replacement is difficult to find.

I used it once and it wouldn’t work again. I think power button was left on and it fried the unit, which seems like a poor design flaw. When it worked I liked it but I’m not going to buy another one for it to quit working just outside the return window.

Worst product I ever purchased. It requires 5 precise steps to turn it on when it turns on. Very unreliable.

This mop was so easy to assemble and just as easy to use. My floors are finally clean! Those push mops just couldn't get up the dirt like this one. And this company really backs their product. I reported a problem and got a quick response and full resolution in just days. Definitely recommend!
