Great.
Definitely improves the taste of my loaves, saves on yeast, and gives a nice crust colour. The bread stay moist for longer too. I used another make for years, but can't get that any more. This one is just as good. I use 5g (1 tsp) per 500g flour.

This is a wonderful product for improving the structure of bread. Gas bubbles are more evenly spread and the occurence of big holes largely prevented, when you add .6 to .8 % to the dough.
