This is such a good speaker - a wee bit heavy if carrying it for any length of time, but definitely compact enough to be portable with a good sturdy strap that comes with it. The sound is amazing both indoors and outdoors. We used it as an Irish Dance group during parades and performances out in the streets and it is fantastic. Connects very quickly with bluetooth and has an app. Battery lasts a long time too. Definitely highly recommend this product, extremely high quality and great value for money.

It has been over 6 months since I have received this speaker and thought it was time to leave a review.Purchased as an upgrade to the (frankly excellent) ‘motion +’. This is a beast of a speaker! If you are fan of bass heavy music, I can’t recommend this highly enough. Definitely fits into the party speaker category. I am yet to meet someone who isn’t noticeably blown away when the bass line kicks in, so much noise from a (relatively) small speaker. You can of course turn the thunderous bass off for a more mellow sound. Personally I leave it on regardless of the style of music (currently listening to a mix of 70’s and 80’s as i write, however also listen to alot of edm, rap ect) as I feel it adds warmth where it was otherwise lacking. The accompanying app allows you to adjust the equaliser to your own tastes, however I have found the ‘soundcore signature’ setting to be good enough that it doesn’t need tweaking (be aware of early reviews before a much welcome update which slated the sound quality, it’s far better now). My sons received the delivery for me so i told them to have a play with it, I received a text message a few minutes later simply saying “OH MY GOD”, the boys were very impressed by it’s ability to shake the house.All day battery life. I’ve never ran it out despite having it fairly loud and on for the majority of the day. Does take a fair while to charge up though. You can charge your phone or other devices from the usb-C port at the rear so it doubles as a power-bank should you need to charge an item whilst out and about.It has some nice lighting integrated with the passive radiators at the sides. These do a great job of adding a nice visual touch to the sound while they move and shake (quite aggressively at higher volumes) to the beat. Again, these can also be turned off, which in turn will increase your battery life.Waterproof. Personally I have never tested this claim, plenty of others have though so it’s nice to know you can have this at a pool or balanced on the edge of a hot-tub or even working in the rain and not have to worry in the slightest.As you can tell, I’m a fan. This goes in my subwoofer-less car and honestly does a great job at bridging that gap. It gets a lot of use as an indoor speaker, replacing the need for a larger hi-Fi system, and often goes on trips with us. So far it’s been flawlessly reliable, not once have I had an issue. This is my 3rd Soundcore speaker and by far the most impressive.

At 3.8kg it’s easy carry on luggage with space for flights.Build quality seems spot on!USB C charging and doubles as power bank.As for sound quality, very powerful bass for what is two woofers and two passives. Mids and tops are not shabby either.One of the best features is party mode! Buy two and get double the fun with seamless link. Super versatile and will connect with most other units of this brand with party mode.Super value for money on prime! Still considering a second (might annoy people round the pool with mobile disco power)Fully waterproof but not planning on testing it!

Straight out of the box, this speaker is simple to set up. It's a portable unit but is still reassuringly weighty. It feels like it's built to last and even before 'bedding' the speakers in, the sound quality is amazing. Much better than I'd expected or hoped for. Would definitely recommend for garden party's, bbq's etc. Just a small point but I'd definitely have left the lights out. They look tacky and would probably suit a twelve year old but it's the one negative thing in my opinion. I really hope I can shut them off!I'd still give it five stars though because it's an awsome piece of kit!

Just WOW...The low end fidelity is absolutely insane. I can have it low volume in the house, and the bass resonates through my soul. I'm super picky with audio quality, and this speaker does not disappoint. Loudness wise, it's more than what you'd expect from a handheld battery powered device. Well built, well worth the money. My 4yo lad has spent the last 30 mins walking round the house with it round his back bouncing to tunes saying 'Party..Party'. already eyeing up the boom 2 for him as I think 140w is a bit too much for him🤣 also I've had a pair of earphones from soundcore and they were brilliant, sadly they developed a battery issue about 7 months in and they jumped straight on the case, replacing the device without even needing to send mine back, despite them still being functional. They followed up with messages to see how I was getting on with the new set and if I was happy. Honestly can't fault them at all...Team Anker Soundcore, you're killing it ✌️✌️

This speaker has amazing sound quality for the price. It’s portable and easy to carry. And the light show it makes is great too.
