This is by far the best steamer I’ve used. The heat level is excellent, and if the steam feels low, just add a pinch of salt—it instantly boosts the steam and covers the entire face. I’ve used it multiple times and it works consistently well. A word of caution: the steam can get quite strong, so those with sensitive skin should be careful to avoid irritation. Some people think the lack of an on/off switch is a drawback, but I actually see it as a safety feature. If there were a button, water droplets from the steam could fall on it and cause electrical issues. Without the button, it feels safer to use. Overall, this steamer is effective, safe, and definitely worth buying.

This one stopped working in 2nd use in a weeks time. But customer service is top notch! They helped revolve the issue. The care number was reachable on a Sunday afternoon in a call’s notice. Unexpected but truly delightful experience (Amazon customer care wasn’t helpful at all, as usual and as expected!)

Product quality is not good. I recently purchased on 20th December 2025. Product not working good. At times it's getting started at times there's no steam generated. I request seller to replace product
