Although it was missing some features I was looking forward to, I can understand why they were removed. It was very easy to assemble and after charging it was off to the races. It is rides, handles and looks great. Very pleased with the build but I will say it is a lot bigger and built very well. It is heavy and would not recommend it for folding for someone that may not have the strength to handle it. The app is not the greatest but it functions pretty well. If you want a great bike with some very good features for a reasonable price, I would highly recommend this bike.

Received our two bikes and extremely happy! Very well built and love all the extras like the bike alarm, horn, lights and cruise control. The bikes are also very good looking! Very easy to put together but for those who are not mechanically inclined I would suggest having your local friendly, knowledgeable bike shop assemble and adjust everything properly for you. The fee will be well worth it and will be more enjoyable in the end. I feel like a kid again buying my first mini bike. Best part is no oil, gas, fumes and noise. I’m sure I’ll be selling many Luckeeps! Oh and the best thing of all is my first contact with support. I accidentally ordered an extra bike and at midnight in China and on the weekend someone wrote me back and took care of it. They are not open during this time but fixed the issue immediately! After doing a bunch of research on similar bikes I now feel I made the perfect choice. And the next best thing is my wife loves hers too! Super Happy!!!

Ordered this Bike about 2 weeks ago, it came in and delivered in 3 days. Assembling and operating the bike became a little easy after reviewing the attached videos in the customer questions & answers section, just following the instructions for downloading app and setting up the bike based on your preferences. It is a strong big E-bike structurally, weights 75.2 lbs with the battery. Has a powerful motor, runs great, pedal assistance at level 1 & 2 had a gentle start, cruise control, auto lighting including turn signals and hydraulic disc brakes all worked functionally as designed. the remote control with the anti theft alarm system is really convenient at the times when leaving the bike in parking place. Almost everything meets my expectations, the only thing I could not figured out is to active the "Push" model. In general, Luckeep X1 is a very good E-bike, it worths every penny of your expended money.

This bike is fast, fun, & a pleasure to ride Easy assembly, well made, good looking, & with a lot of nice features My only concern is that the range is less than advertised

Great quality bike for work or fun, strong and fast with some nice features too. The battery lasts all week with just one charge, riding to and from work with ease. The bike weighs about 70 lbs which is manageable for me. The seat is a bit hard so I got a comfy seat cover and it’s good to go, definitely worth the price. Also the Luckeep team and customer support is awesome!

As a beginner in all this e-bike topic, I was just looking up for a bike that would suit me and would be easy to use it. I chose this option since it seemed very good quality and the reviews were good. But now that I have use it for almost a month and really happy with my purchase since from the beginning it was really easy to assemble (it came pre-assembled in the box), the instructions are clear and easy to follow. Also, it’s really easy and fun to use and I love all the futures it has , like the tuning lights the different speed configurations. Pretty much I’m a beginner and I don’t know a lot about this topic, but overall I would recommend this product to anyone that is looking for a good quality e-bike for daily use!

Great bike at first,until one day I fell while turning.It felt weird as I fell because both my hands on the handle bars where falling at the same height from the ground,which shouldn't happen because the tire would've turned with the handlebars which it didnt.When I got up the handlebars were twisted way off center compared to the tire.I've asked them multiple times how to fix this,but they don't seem to understand what the problem is.The extendable foldable handle bar will twist back and forth at the bottom where it folds and there doesn't seem to be a way to tighten it.I've had it for a couple years but it should be simple how to explain how to fix this.
