I had a gastric sleeve four months ago, and with only 20% of my stomach left it is quite difficult to stay hydrated. I had constant cystitis and it was miserable. I started taking these and consciously increasing my fluid intake and after a month I am cystitis free. What a relief from the pain and urgency!
