I’ve tried a dozen different L-Carnitine liquids over the years, but Alpha Supps has become my go-to. It’s sweet (definitely has that "candy" vibe) but refreshing, and it doesn't leave a film in your mouth. Here’s why I’m sticking with this one: High Potency: A lot of brands only give you 1500mg per serving, so you end up burning through the bottle twice as fast. This gives you a full 3000mg per tablespoon, which is the sweet spot for metabolic support. Clean Energy: Since it’s stimulant-free, I can take it before an evening workout without worrying about staying up all night. I get a noticeable boost in endurance and focus without the "itchy" feeling or heart palpitations you get from caffeine and Beta-Alanine heavy pre-workouts. I love this stuff. I was taking Ghost’s burn supplement, which is good, but you have to mix it with water and you can only take it for 8 weeks at a time. I’m working on long-term fat loss so I needed a new one. The taste is great, I’m going to try all of the flavors. It’s a quick tablespoon shot and you’re done. I take it alongside my pre workout and it makes me BURN. You will sweat bullets, especially during cardio. Drink lots of water, this stuff will make you hot if you don’t or go too long without some. As far as the runs go, that’s a common side effect of L-Carnitine. I’ve been fortunate enough to not have that problem, it may make me go for a quick number two, but that’s about it. I take it before a workout and again about 6 hours later. Big thumbs up from me. Edit: it’s been about a couple of months now. I want to leave my original review and add in an update. This stuff is amazing once you take it consistently and for a period of time. Even on non cardio days I still burn. Because of the upcoming time of the month and the actual time of the month, my energy levels dropped drastically and I couldn’t go for sprints. I had to semi take two weeks off and still, I continued to burn fat. Would still lift, just made it a deload week, but no cardio. I had some pieces of clothing that I couldn’t really fit at first that I’m now wearing because of continued fat loss. Stay up on your calorie deficit, do your cardio, and even if it happens that you are sick, you’ll continue to burn fat and hit your fat percentage goal. I no longer take two doses, I take it once in the morning. I stack it with my morning greens and pre workout. And on rest days, I stack it with morning greens, creatine, and inositol (I have PCOS) and drink it all together. I try to take it on an empty stomach for better absorption but if I need to eat, I’ll eat a light snack. Still five stars. So far I have tried three out of five flavors and plan to try them all.

Very good taste. I got the cherry lime slush. To me it tastes more like a vanilla shake with hint of cherry and lime. Doesn't hit as strong as the cutler version but doesn't last as long either. Less Jitterness. Extremely effective. Easy to use for a quick energy boost.

I don't know how much this stuff really works, but it certainly doesn't hurt. It does give a small boost of energy and tastes good, so there is that. But as far as burning fat - I don't know if there is a drinkable miracle serum that can do that... yet.

Product it self is great. Taste great, good dosage however have to leave one start to try and get response from company then ill change it to 5 stars. 100% need a new bottle, every bottle I have bought has leaked upon delivery and soaks into paper top. Most of these bottle types use the lid as the measuring cup with a fill line. But your lid os gross with the paper dissolving and leaving a glue paper residue on lid. Please change this and I would greatly appreciate it to use the lid as convenient measuring cup. Will change to 5 star if company responds and get better top seal.

It works great but the bottle leaks from the top so you have to keep it up right in you bag
