I take this magnesium every night. I’m afraid to stop taking it because I think it helps me, but to be honest I’m not sure because I don’t want to stop taking it.

I was previously using magnesium glycinate and discovered that if you have Histamine Intolerance it can give you insomnia. I was having a terrible time getting any sleep. But didn’t know why. I ordered the magnesium malate and am now sleeping much better, longer and deeper. So happy I tried this magnesium. I highly recommend you just give it a try and see if it helps. Update: I ordered this a second time on 9/12/2025 and expected it in a couple days. Got it 9/19/2025 and told it was delayed. I did get a $10 refund for it being delayed. But if you need it right away you might want to look elsewhere. Walmart does have it online but instead I continued to wait for it. Next time I will order much earlier to accommodate a delay.
