Great product - Pure energy This is the second time I have brought this shilajit pure resin and I really think this is fantastic product. I feel more energised every day, much more focused and sleep better at night. I can't start my day without it. Taste is good - I also mix with herbal teas too. Only a small amount needed and has lasted about 3 months.

Hands down, without doubt the worst tasting shilajit I've ever had. Tastes like licking a 9v battery. I used onelife shilajit and just out the resin under my tounge to dissolve, with this it was honestly so bad I couldn't keep it in my mouth long enough to dissolve. Absolute waste of money and now in the bin
