Using it for a couple of days. Heating is consistent and quick - no more waiting around for the water to heat up. We've been on the road non-stop, and it's held up like a champ. Whether we're doing dishes, taking showers, or running the washing machine, the water stays piping hot. It's crazy how it keeps up, even when we're using multiple appliances at once. The compact size is clutch for our rig - saves a ton of space compared to those bulky tank heaters. And don't get me started on the energy savings. Can't wait to see how it impacts our propane usage in the long run. Sure, figuring out the installation was a bit of a head-scratcher at first, but nothing we couldn't handle with the manual. Now that it's up and running, it's smooth sailing all the way. Overall, this heater has exceeded my expectations in terms of performance and efficiency. This is my second unit. I keep getting error code EE, meaning faulty control unit. Remedy: replace control. Like I said, this is the second install with the same problem.

The pipes froze and split There is no water drain nor is there any info on draining water the copper is super thin Support was no help Avoid do not buy

Has been installed for a couple of months, seems to be working well. Only problem was with installation. Instructions do not mention that the heater needs a certain amount of water pressure for the heater to begin heating the water. We had water pressure issues in the RV. Once the source of the water pressure issue was repaired, the heater worked as it should. Needs at least 1.5 GPM for it to function correctly.

Bought this as a replacement for a 3.5 year old discontinued Fogatti. This unit is virtually identical, directed it replacement with more features. This unit was also 1/3 the price I paid for the Fogatti.

Very nice unit. Works great. It was easy to install. It was an upgrade for us. We have enjoyed 20-30 min showers, maintains water temp at desired settings. This was me showering, my wife doing dishes, it's a nice affordable unit. Well made.

Not only when the temperature drops below 50 does it throw all the freeze protection sensors off and cause it to stop running but it would throw codes across the remote. I checked everything water pressure, the gas pressure, it ran for about two and a half weeks until it would start up but quickly shuts down and throws up different codes I didn’t get to return it either

The actual water heater is great, it works super well, was an easy swap out, fit fine in the hole from the factory tanked heater on my 89 itasca suncruiser. The controller broke within a couple of weeks. Had it mounted on the other side of the wall of the shower wall, in the bedroom near the bed. I was laying down, had fallen asleep with my knee up and apparently bumped my knee into the controller a bunch. Now the controller is stuck showing the error code “Ec.” Luckily it still heats to an acceptable temperature, but it sucks that the temperature isn’t adjustable at all.

Do not buy from this company tankless water heater only lasted 7 months before the ventor motor burnt out...and not one person from the supplier gets back you re a replacement..very disappointed in the service

Bought but used a while after purchase Never heated up Now stuck with it??

Product was better than expected - I was almost a direct swap from the one it replaced other than having to move one water line. The propane adapter/fitting it came with was faulty as it was soo thin it split on installation. I picked one up locally instead of returning the whole unit for one inexpensive part I wish the LED lights on the display could be turned down or off as they are VERY bright

This unit did indeed fit within the existing opening and takes far less room inside leaving more for storage. Although I have yet to use it for a full season it seems to work as advertised. There was an issue with a dim screen on the remote but the standout for me was the customer support that I have received from this vendor. The replacement part will be shipped in October and I will update this post at that time.
