Comes with the full size medal and a smaller slide on cloth one for wearing on your chest rack with class A uniform.

If you are lacking any ribbons you earned, these are of quality
Bought this for a Marine buddy of mine because he never received his. The quality of the ribbons was nice. I just wished the packaging had been a little nicer.

Nice but not regulation!
The ribbon is not regulation size. It does not fit the bar, too large and is meant as a lapel pin. Medal is great but if you are looking to replace your authorized wear, this ribbon does not work.

Cheap "case" solid medal
Picture looked like a solid case. Its mostly cheap plastic case and not the original issue but awards but appear to be accurate

Oversized ribbon
Ordered this to update a Retired Navy shadow box. The ribbon and medal are both oversized and the ribbon does not slide off the safety pin type mount, it is not studded. This award should have been issued to anyone serving in the Persian Gulf during Desert Shield thru Desert storm and awarded the Southwest Asia Campaign Medal. I was excluded because I transferred to the Fleet Reserve in 1993 and the medal was awarded in 1995.
