Is this non-toxic to plants to be able to paint the soil side of timber raised beds?

I have read the information on the can and it appears to be toxic to fish, but does not mention anything about plants. I used this on a timber roof. Hope this helps.

Could I use this on a parth then put P shingle on top of it

Doubtful, it is paint and not thick enough for bedding shingles. I have used it for painting metal gates, really shiny and durable plus coating the walls of my kitchen prior to fixing units and tiles. Good for painting wood metal concrete plaster etc but it is thin in consistency. Hope this helps you to decide.

Need 16sqm to cover the old felt so going to clean and re do. How much bitumen do i need for 2 coats

I would use “All weather Roofing compound” if your going onto felt,1 x 25 litre drum will give you a 2 coat coverage,Bitumen paint coverage will give you on Felt around 8m2 per litre but is not as effective on Felt as “all weather roofing compound” Bitumen paint is made more for metal Etc but the choice is yours
