- DIRECTIONS FOR USE: Shampoo hair and dry hair completely before application. Pre-lighten hair up to the desired level (level 9 and above) with Streax Professional Ultralights Blonder Powder. Processing time 45 minutes and above depending upon hair type. Apply the colorant cream on pre-lightened hair and spread evenly (do not use any developer). Leave for 30 minutes. Rinse thoroughly until water runs clear. Then, blow-dry and finish.
