I crammed this into the sun roof panel of my car, helps with wind noise reduction.

Pretty good stuff
Good stuff for the interior of a car or truck. I used it on the ceiling and back wall to quiet things down inside the cab of my 49 Willys pickup. The color is a true black with a smooth matte finish. The backing is easy to start and peel off. Be careful when handling it once the backing is off because the glue will stick to your fingers and pull off a layer of foam leaving it damaged and no longer sticky.
