After reading reviews and trying on my friend's medium (red), I went up a size and it fits perfect! I am 5' 3" 151 lbs & 34C and ordered large (black).

I am 132lbs 5'2''. I wear size 36D. I ordered the xl from most comment and also because of my whose hip bones ( I am size 6 in pants ) the skirt fits perfect the bra is on the tight side on the cup but rest is perfect. Only the belt who is 3 inches too wide and the skirt is about that 3 inches too long but it's a easy fix

I'm 5,2 and 112 lbs. I am a 34C bra size, usually M on bottoms. I ordered M, it fit perfect. the belt is a little large, but that's an easy fix. The skirt is about 2 in too long.

I was impressed with this purchase because I had low expectations! It's really nice on and fun. The quality is good but it definitely runs small. I am usually a medium, size 6, DD. I got this in a large and the cups are very small. I say they'd fit a B cup or C comfortably but not DD. Some of the beeding had already fallen off in the bag when I opened it but not too bad. Overall, I love it and glad I sized up to a large. I'd go with an XL though next time.
