Non stick.
I finally had to replace my original small skillet after 15 yrs.Not disappointed. I do hand wash. Seem as nice as the original.....let you know in another 15 years for sure

Buy a different type
These skillets are ok, but I wouldn't buy them again because the information that comes with them says do not use cooking spray. That's annoying for me because I like to use cooking spray instead of oil or butter.
