Bought this device last year and I still haven’t seen any results, instead my hair is growing back quicker. I guess it doesn’t work for dark skin people. So if you dark skin don’t waste your money on it.

I bought this laser removal product because I was tired of constantly shaving my lip area and under my chin every other day. I was a bit shocked at the price, but I read the reviews that stated this product is the best one for people with darker skin tones. I love the fact that this product has three heat intensity levels which allowed me to slowly progress to the highest level, which is the third level. The directions were pretty simple and the product is very easy to use. I’ve been using this product for a couple of months now and I’ve had to use it sparingly maybe every one to two weeks. Now, this may seem odd because it’s considered a laser hair removal product, but actually what it does is reduce how much hair comes back after you shave it off. I probably would get better results if I actually went to a laser hair removal facility, and have it professionally removed. But then again your hair will grow back but not as thick and not as fast. I plan to continue using this product every now and then but I’m not sure I can say that it was worth the money that I spent.

This product delivers on what it promises.However proper shaving technique is required, as well as consistentcy.From my sessions I realized that there has been a delayed hair growth. However the cleaner the shave the more effective the treatment.PS: Lastly it's perfectly safe, as long as u don't look into the light emitter, as on the intrusctions. Besides that the worst it can do to you is give u a mild burn if not used properly

This product is absolute trash. It doesn't remove the hair, but gives you strawberry skin. I tried to contact them to get my money back, and it is a Google number that no one answers. Amazon should be ashamed of itself for allowing this product to be sold on its site and refusing to refund the money for this scam of an item. If you want to lose your hard-earned money, then this is the product you should purchase. If not, you're better off putting your money towards having an actual esthetician complete laser treatments.

Works well. A bit tricky to remember the sequences for turning on, selecting level, and then start the cycle but the quick guide is easy to follow. I like that it can be done with one button.I wish the button was in a place less likely to get bumped by a finger, but it's not a deal breaker.I have an older diode laser that works exceptionally well. Regrettably, the window will only treat a surface area about the size of a dime and I have to press for each flash.So this is definitely worth using. Might not be as strong but it has auto flash, a larger window, and works just fine.

I really like this laser hair removal device! Great value for the money. It works super well. It's easy to use and the ice cooling system makes the whole process almost painless. The results are excellent. An effective and long lasting method of hair removal at a great price!

I have medium brown skin and dark hair(African American woman), I’m the targeted demographic but unfortunately this product doesn’t work. I shaved my chin area as instructed and now my hair is thicker and growing quicker than when I usually pluck, so disappointing and upsetting, doesn’t work, I have more hair than before I started. I feel like this product makes things worse for you and you will eventually have to go to a professional which will cost more because this product doesn’t decrease the hair visibility or growth, it’s being increase by the shaving to ‘clean” the area for a machine that doesn’t work. Don’t buy this waste of money go to a professional. Also I love been getting headaches after using it so that’s very concerning because I instantly think of what’s this effect on a person in the long run. STAY AWAY!
