This fixed a big ding on my mini mal, kept the surf sessions rolling over the next few days.Essential kit to have just in case.

This is brilliant for fixing surfboards. I had a few dings going through the PU and exposing the fibreglass.Start indoors, squeeze out the clear liquid gel (no mixing) and spread it on the ding.Take the board outside and if sunny, it cures in about 3 mins, overcast is about 5 mins. UV cures it so don't start outside or the liquid becomes like jelly quick.Use the supplied sanding thing to sand smooth. Perfect fix.Make sure you buy the right type for PU or Epoxy board.

Lovely resin to work with. I used it to repair my surfboard. Much better then any other resin I have used before. UV curing process I very easy to control. I used it combined with fibre glass.

First thing is I am not a surfer. I saw the description of this and decided to give it a try in repairing a bird feeder. The birdfeeder is made from transparent plastic, the kind you put on a window, the UV light was able to be used due to the transparency. We had tried contact adhesive that didn’t last, and we tried super glue, all that did was stick my thumb to it but didn’t help the repair.This is UV curing; I have a UV torch so getting it to cure was very quick and I could do that indoors. Very quickly it was apparent that the repair was successful, we have pulled on the repair to make sure it is strong, and it is. I didn’t need to use a lot so have loads left for other repairs.This worked where normal and super glue failed. Price is brilliant as it is easy to use and super strong. Be aware it is very runny so don’t squeeze the tube too hard. I know the repair will last in the rain too.

The worst fear is getting to the beach after a long trip only to find a ding in your board, especially if you're off the beaten track and are on your own. I must have got through a dozen packs of this stuff over the years, and it saved many a session in that time.This stuff isn't meant for big damage, (although you can!) but for those little cracks and dings that will let water into your board then this stuff is perfect. A few minutes work, smear it into the damage, leave it out in the sun to cure and your good to get into the water. It goes on clear, and doesn't yellow with time. One tip though - it cures in the sun, so do your work in the shade and bring it out when you're ready.The packaging and the tube itself says that it is 'air travel safe' so it's perfect for overseas trips too, as it shouldn't get confiscated.Keep this stuff in your glovebox for those little emergencies. Works great. Fallow directions. Usually you need to leave your repair in direct sunlight for longer than advertised. I've made a paper thin repair that needed an hour or more to completely harden. The resin will harden solid like glass when its done. If its sticky- its not done. They say UV light from the sun hardens the resin so you might be able to use a simple UV light. I haven't tried this so i cant tell you if it will work. Once hardened the repair is fairly easy to sand down.Just don't over do it with the resin or you'll be sanding all day long

What I like about this little repair kit:- it is air travel safe, you can actually bring it along to travel without getting confiscated, a good emergency repair tool to handle unexpected wear and tear.- it's a cure in uv light, leave your repair almost invisible- it is a transparent liquid type of repairing kit, it will remain clear after cure, suitable to repair all types of little dings- I think the price is reasonable

i use this when 3d printing to fill in joints and seems and it works really well.sets quickly and once set is very easy to prime and paint
