Comfortable & Good.
The product is good.Thermostat works properly so that even at level 3 distribution of heat is regulated. Comfortable to strap at least for my knee. Product price is ok.

GOOD product; good customer service
I have been regularly using it for the last few months and have found it comfortable and effective. But last month it stopped working - though connected to power, it did not heat up. As advised by Customer Care, I sent the pad to them, and in a week, they despatched the replacement pad, an advanced version. Only 3 WhatsApp messages. The new piece is good and working very satisfactorily. Good procust. Good customer service.

Very bad after 1 months stopped working
Very bad , stopped after 1 months, customer care very poor, highly NOT Recommended ,no any reply from customer care. Chor and fraud company hai . No response from the customer care . Number is always switched off, no reply on WhatsApp. I am going to consumer court , this product having 1 year warranty. Amazon banned this seller from the amazon
