Canyou divide the box instructions in half if serving only 1 or 2 people?

yes I have. I measured out the 8 oz box contents with a measuring cup and saved one half into a small ziplock bag. Save the box to store this bag for the second half mix and recipe!Use the remaining portion with one half ingredients: 1 egg + 1 1/8 c water, mix and fry as per instructions . I use a griddle not a fry pan and they come out crispy, less oily. Serve with Applesauce and sausages! I also add chopped onions and chives to the batter when I serve these with fish. Shalom

How many pancakes does it make?

I use 2-3 heaping tablespoons of the mix per pancake when I fry it. Usually makes 5-6 large potato pancakes.
