Works great
My Church Security Ministry brought 20 Baefung 2-way radios about 5-6 years ago and the original headphones finally needed replacement. I was able to find these and they're great, we have had them for about a month now and they're very dependable, I would definitely recommend for others to purchase. The first one I tried had a low volume while the next one was low but okay. I did not test any more but think there will be some that will not meet the needs. You get what you pay for and as a replacement it will work.

Excellent Headsets
I bought this set of headsets for my BaoFeng radios since I have around six of them and most of them I had lost track of the original headsets that came with them.Now I have more than enough headsets for all my radios. The units work really well and I am very happy with their performance.

Hmmmm
I like the fit and ear pieces are comfortable but it can sound muffled at times. Never had a issue with our new walkies but since we put the ear pieces in we have more issues hearing each other.
