I love making sourdough bread and I’m tired of making regular loaves. This is perfect for baking baguettes. No issues so far.

Great product
I wish the product wasn’t as flimsy, but worked great! I sat mine on top of a pan just to have more leverage when transferring to and from the oven, and I think it was perfect. Definitely helped the dough stay in the shape, and perfect crunch around all sides.

Great bread pan!
Couldn't wait to try this for my first time making baguettes. Love the pan, so easy to clean.. Bread doesn't stick or leave any residue on pan but a few crumbs. Just wish I tried a better recipe for my first time making baguettes because now I'm reluctant to try them again.

Looks good for light bread baking or similar use. For heavy duty I'd recommend a heavier mold.
Decent baguette pan. Not overly large. I haven't used it yet, but this is easy to clean, especially if one uses a bakers couches, which I will. Lightweight.

Yay! No Sticking (at all)
What an amazing product I thought the baguettes might stick however, it was definitely a quick release of the bread. There was no problem at all. There was a slight error in the shipment and as usual Amazon took care of it right away. I had to postpone baking these, but I had plenty of sourdough starter. The tray held for baguettes at a traditional size. My recipe called for tray of water underneath to create a steam around the pan.”. It took a quick 20 minute bake at 4:50 and they were done. This top quality pan made top quality bread for me and my family. If this is the style you are cooking, I highly recommend this pan for beginner, intermediate, or advanced bakers. I was very happy with this purchase and I will be using it for a long time.

Works great
Works great. The bread did not stick to the pan even though while doing the final rise I noticed the dough drooping through the holes. Was easy to clean after too. It was a little flimsy but as long as you grab it in the middle of the four loafs it isnt an issue.
