This camera works great and the battery lasts a good amount of time. I had the model below this before I got this one and there’s a big difference between the two. This video is clear and the audio is great. It’s easy to use and to transfer the videos to my laptop. It’s pricey but with everything you get it’s worth it. The extra battery really comes in handy. I recommend this to anyone who needs a camera that’s portable and has the ability to work during the day and night.

Much better than the last Boblov I purchased, and I liked that one too. More features, better sound quality, better video resolution, and less to no fish-eye. Great price!

I bought this for when I fly drones, for two reasons. First as a deterrent. There have been a lot of confrontations with irrational and irate individuals against commercial drone pilots lately. I’ve had two confrontations already, neither over-the-edge as I have seen in some online posts. Wearing this tends to keep people in reasonable behavior, where you can at least have a discussion with them. If they do go irrational, I have something for police. Second, I use it for my own safety of flight, record my actions so if I make a mistake, I can review post-flight the situation that led to it. Sound volume is sufficient for both, if people are talking in normal voice. Field of view is OK, but if I ever buy another, I would go for more. If worn on my shoulder, doesn’t catch much to the opposite side of centerline. Most frustrating is the switchology. Press once to do one thing, twice to do another. Also a difference between long push and short push. Can’t tell you the number of false recordings I had when learning. Could definitely use more thought in that design.

This is much bigger than the boblov portable mini video camera. This unit however includes the ability to record in the dark with IR lights. It includes two different clips of very high build quality. They are very easy to swap out with a metal clip holding it onto the unit with extreme confidence. I was very impressed with the build quality of this body camera. It will be at home on my pack with my Japanese radio equipment. It's hard and thick plastic, very rugged. The operating system is very simple and gets out the way of operation. It's incredible what you can get for so little. A USB cable and AC adapter is included. The shoulder clip can be rotated 180°. The user manual is very in-depth. There are many different options for playing back files that you have recorded on the device itself. There are LEDs to tell you the status. Whether it is recording or on standby taking photos. Recording audio. Red light flash means video recording, yellow light flash means audio recording, Green means standby and a single red flash is a picture. Another interesting feature is that you can set device IDs for the cameras as well as police IDs. The manual is very in-depth about all the features and it is very easy to follow. There are 10 infrared lights and a 3,000 milliamp hour lithium battery that allows 12 to 13 hours of video recording with the screen and IR off with a full charge. The version I bought includes no SD card and my only complaint is that the hole for the SD card is very deep and I had to use a tool from my multi-tool. This is not a big deal, but some users may find it frustrating.

I should give it 4 but it does have a built in flashlight. Works well; too well for the price is what I thought at first but I’m glad I got one. Only cons I know of are when too close the camera has focusing issues like every other camera and then lastly how small the buttons are plus the sensitivity for the button clicks. Just some extra advice make sure to get another SDcard for this budget friendly device. I’d buy one for everyone for Christmas is how much good and usefulness this can achieve.

The video quality of this camera is very good. It is not 4k good, but its 1080 resolution definitely gets the job done. The IR for night time is also more than acceptable. The audio is ok, but the mic only picks up audio at a short distance of ~10ft. It feels well constructed, the buttons press well, and battery life has been sufficient for ,y usage. However, I only have it on periodically throughout the day. It having a usb-c port is also very convenient.

great for the short time it worked correctly. sat for a few months and now, when turning it on, it immediately starts video recording but that's it. no other buttons work. resetting it does nothing.

Extremely happy so far with this product. Was recommended by a friend with one so I was already familiar with the video quality. Using it when dog walking to protect my dog. In my case I also purchased the Boblov Dual Shoulder Mount, Body Worn Camera Vest Mount here on Amazon for $39.99 and it keeps it very secure. I saw some complaints about the vest, suggesting that it makes the videos shaky and yes, it does of course if you are walking it will shake a bit as you move but any altercations, people, cars, etc give you all the information you need.
