Ramen is my go to lunch
I eat a ton of ramen noodles. My work day starts early so I want a quick lunch and a nap when I get home. If I can make this meal healthier, I will and these are a somewhat healthier alternative. They taste great, the texture is fantastic and I think they're absolutely worth the price. I add a lot of stuff on top of the flavor packet. Hot honey and mushrooms make these even better. I have these on subscription and this company hasn't let me down which is a big plus. Other companies can't seem to keep up with demand but these show up like clockwork.

It tastes good.
So it tastes really nice it's not like a very very complex ingredient list but it does have some pretty complex flavor. You can add things to it to your liking. Some people have mentioned that they had issues with the noodles sticking together like pretty quickly after they took them out of the water. I bypassed that by adding a little bit of the noodle water to my bowl not like a soup ramen but just enough or by adding a little bit of extra sesame oil which is nice for the flavor. But I didn't get any excessive stickiness anyway. I am not a big fan usually of ramen noodles especially not dry ramen noodles but these are definitely a four out of five for me

Best noodle on the market but the price is whacko
Love these noodles and find them the best on the market. I guess they make Momofuku noodles for a reason. As good as they are, they are no where near worth the price. If I had a Trader Joe's near me, I would buy these for a quarter of the price. The sauces are ok-- nothing to write home about-- but the noodles are superior air-dried noodles.

These are OK: I've NOT yet tried the onion flavor
These are OK: I've NOT yet tried the onion flavor. I bought these on the recommendation of "The Ramen Rater" who raved over the onion flavor. Inadvertently I ordered this "original" flavor and they were OK. They are not "instant" noodles; you need to cook them for four minutes, drain them, then toss them in the sauce. You CAN do it in a microwave, if you have two containers and a means to collect the cooking water (I cooked them in my office and used a ramen cooking bowl and a coffee cup to drain the water. The noodles are nice and chewy and have a very satisfying texture. The flavor was a bit weak. It's nothing more than soy sauce and sesame oil. I had to add some cayenne to kick them up a bit.The sliced scallions depicted on the package are not included. If you added some meat, an egg, some scallions, sesame seeds, furikake, etc. it would be much better. When the onion flavor become available, I'll try them.

Wow, just wow! Times Two and a Half!
The noodles are excellent and weigh in at 300 calories, which can be a perfect compliment to other dishes to make a complete meal. After ~5 minutes of cooking for the Haka size (I find 5:40 to be right for these, the recommended times are right for the smaller sizes), you drain the noodles and add the contents of a liquid spice pack:The Mala (spicy chili) produces a quite hot sinus clearing delight, and a taste that's distinctly "Chinese". Has my highest recommendation. The Spicy "BBQ" flavor is specifically "Sa Tsa" AKA Sha Cha, although it's not super spicy (a bit of heat that's just right for me), and if you like, or in my case love Taiwanese Sha Cha flavored dishes you should love their's. Has my highest recommendation. The Zha Jiang flavor is quite good, not quite *outstanding* like the above two, a little bit spicy, is "savory" and "rich" as they describe, combining a number of nice flavors, and is definitely a nice change of pace. I rate it around the level of their original Mandarin flavor, but very different.Which is not to say all their noodle flavors are as good, I find their non-spicy sesame oil and paste flavors to be merely good if you add some more sesame oil and won't be purchasing them again, and the popular original Mandarin flavor is very good but basic, it's not *outstanding* like the Mala and "BBQ" flavors, but I keep it in stock. The onion flavor is not as piquant as the Mandarin, but is solid, worth getting for variety if nothing else.
