Came on time, done the job well.

Bought it to stop a mixer tap dripping, it slowly got worse wasting water.The ceramic parts were slightly different and had to use existing ones, but seals were same so replaced all but ceramics, problem solved, dripping tap cured. Only needed to do cold side.Very easy to do. Good value.

Wast of money
I brought this item thinking that it could up date my valve cartridge with new washer but none of the washer fit. So not fit for purpose.

Kit for kitchen taps were a problem
Half the kit was not allowing one tap to shut off in the wrong position and i had to use part of old washer valve shut off butterfly .

Not really universal
Bought this to solve tap cartridge leaks when I had difficulty getting a new replacement. Unfortunately it didn't fit.
