Coarse bulgar wheat.
I prefer the coarse bulgar wheat to the finer stuff found in the supermarkets. It has a lovely nutty flavour. Reasonably priced. This was my second order and I will buy again.

Very delicious and fabulous alternative for rice
I really enjoyed this the first time I bought it. As I said before, It is easy to cook. A great replacement for rice. It is super yummy and this is a really good brand. I liked this and almost running out of the 1st packet so ordered another one. No issues with product and delivery was good. Hope they continue to keep the quality of this product up:-)

Hostage Situation
I've only ever had Bulgar at Turkish restaurants. But feeling a bit adventurous I thought I'd give it a go. Did I check how to make it on Google? Nah, I thought I'd just wing it didn't I? Silly me! Well, the first couple of times it was edible though the grains weren't separate. I finally got the hang of it a couple of days ago. If you are from Turkey please look away now! I won't be held responsible for the following offence. THE RECIPÉ Add water to 1cm above the bulgur in your Insta-pot. Add a nob of butter then cover. Put it on "Pressure cook for 15minutes. THE REVIEW It came out all separate and fluffy. It was super yummy too. THE RESULT After this great culinary triumph, I was kidnapped and locked in the basement by my family. They want me to buy more Bulgur on Amazon and make it everyday now! I'm trying to resist. I'm now stuck sending coded messages online hoping to be rescued. Hope Everyone's Living in Peace ✌

I don't like it
I requested for a bigger size(extra coarse) and got the tiny size(extra fine) which is not fair. I wanted to return and realized I can't
