I’ve been using the Oral-B iO Series 2 rechargeable toothbrush, and it’s a solid upgrade from my old manual brush. The toothbrush works quite well and I'm satisfied with it. It makes my teeth feel clean and polished. The battery charge lasts a very long time. I find the timers a little annoying as I actually spend more time brushing than they would indicate. They give you two brushes, but they aren't the same. I guess that's OK so you can decide which type to order in the future. I use a regular toothbrush in the morning and this one at bedtime. I do this because to clean it after each use as directed takes a little time. Then you're supposed to balance the brush facing up and the handle facing down until dry. (I set them on a face cloth and lean them against an adjacent cabinet). So, the only time I use the stand is when it needs charging. With all of that said, I would still recommend it. Just know what you're getting into.

Oral-B as a company was solid, my wife bought this toothbrush and the brush wouldn’t take a charge from the base charger. She hadn’t discovered the flaw until after the return window had expired so I contacted Oral-B directly and they emailed me a label and requested that we send the entire unit back and if I’m not mistaken I believe that even prior to us getting our unit dropped off at UPS they already had a new unit in route to us and we received it within 3-5 days of submitting a ticket to Oral-B. As far as the tooth brush goes my wife uses it and she says she likes it which she has had a lot of electric tooth brushed so if she likes it then it must be good for her.
