The advertisement states there is a sketch pad included, but there is not.

I did not receive a sketch pad with my set. The 40 piece set is the one I purchased in December 2019 and I don’t remember that a sketch pad was mentioned in the description or shown in the photographs. I believe there is 48 piece set that has a sketch pad included.

Why do you have to be over 18 to purchase this item

There’s a craft knife included so would be due to the blade

Are these pencils suitable for drawing on canvas?

They are like any other normal pencils. If you usually use normal pencils, then these should work too! :-)

What is the sandpaper for please?

You use the sandpaper to clean or sharpen the paper blender (white sticks)
