Used this for coffee at an outdoor event with no power. Filled with hot coffee at 5am, and was still piping hot at 2pm. It has a nice strong seal around the top lid (lid gasket comes off when washing, but no problem to replace), the dispenser valve did not leak, and it was easy to wash/clean. It was well constructed. This particular one didn’t sit completely level - it’s a bit wobbly like a table with one short leg - but it was minimal and didn’t cause any problems. Caveat from previous experience: if you use this for something like hot chocolate or lemonade/punch (anything with sugar or milk), BE SURE to wash and dry it completely before storing. If you leave any sugary liquid in it and store it, you may end up with mildew inside. Absolutely no problems if it’s cleaned completely, just a caveat for use. Was a solid value for the price. Confidently recommend and would definitely purchase again.

It's a thermos with a very good function. It keeps the water hot for hours. I really like that it maintains the temperature. I love it.

We bought this for our group that provides beverages at events and so far have only used it for hot beverages and it really worked well with no leaking and really kept our cocoa hot for hours in very cold weather. It was easy to clean and I appreciate the two hand grips so two people can help carry it.

It seems to be Good Build and product. However Lid is too tight for this particular piece I received. It requires enormous pressure to close it and afraid it's plastic latch would broke.I have not used it for it's actual use but did water test (Tap hot water was used to test), The medium hot water stored over night ~12 hours and in morning it was Luke warm So I believe it will give good results for 5-6 hours of usage.I also feel the picture is misleading. They have picture with cups and leads which is not part of the sale (while there are other vendors sells with cups and leads included with picture I thought this one too). This is only Cofee Urn no cups and leads.

This keeps your beverages hot! I used this outdoors in the cold temperature. I kept hot water in it and it stayed hot for hours. I totally recommend it!

I recently purchased the PYY Insulated Beverage Dispenser after seeing a similar model used effectively in a local restaurant to serve tea. Impressed by its performance there, I thought it would be perfect for hosting parties at my home.However, my experience was far from satisfactory. I used the dispenser for the first time during a gathering at my residence last Friday. Despite ensuring that all components were securely tightened, the tap began leaking shortly after filling it with a hot beverage. The leak was persistent and originated directly from the tap, not from any loose fittings or seals.This unexpected issue caused significant embarrassment during the event. To manage the continuous dripping, I had to place a bowl underneath the tap and frequently empty it to prevent overflow and spillage on the floor. This makeshift solution was not only inconvenient but also detracted from the overall ambiance of the party.Given the product's description highlighting its leak-proof design, this experience was both disappointing and frustrating. I expected a reliable dispenser suitable for hosting, but unfortunately, it did not meet those expectations. I hope the manufacturer addresses this quality control issue to prevent similar experiences for other customers.

So far no leaks keeps the drinks cold and hot have tested both to a degree to see how long I've stays ice and how long hot stays hot, I can say that this will fit most needs. Not to heavy to carry and I carried it full but might be better to sit and fill.
