Great job. Easy to set up
What more can I say other than what’s in the title. This is a quality design and finish. It was fitted and up and running in minutes. Great job

Not very loud
Good quailty but quieter than I would like. Luckily my dogs go berserk when they hear it, but I haven't heard it on a couple of occasions.

Works with Google Nest doorbell (2nd gen) doorbell
Although the chime's power output is only 8VA instead of the required 10VA, due to tolerances it works perfectly well with the google nest doorbell in wired configuration. My doorbell's battery was completely flat by the time I got this chime. Once I connected them, the doorbell (very) slowly started charging and after a couple of days it confirmed the "wired" configuration. Sound is OK but a better manual would be good.

Nice ding dong sound
Yes we installed it after a bit of advice from an Electrician. It looks modern and clean. It functions as it should. Nice ding dong sound. We are personally delighted.

It didn’t work!
When fitted (connected to mains power) it didn’t work despite being set-up by a qualified electrician!

Why so inaccurate with the dimensions info?...
The Doorbell is well built and looks very smart....however, the massive inaccuracy in the stated size i.e. 31cm x 15cm x 5cm, did cause me some concerns.I wanted the doorbell to cover the 'footprint' of the old unit that it was to replace; and, with this in mind I chose this one with an approximate size of 12ins x 6ins x 2ins.The actual size is 6.6ins x 4ins x 1.75ins (16.8cm x 10.3cm x 4.5cm).....although I accept the doorbell - I will need to plaster fill and paint the area of wall it's to be fixed to.
