Took a full month of daily supplementation but started noticing effects of what this product is used for to start working. I have been a type 2 diabetic since my late 30's. This supplement works very well! Works as intended - great increase in blood flow. Much firmer erections for longer periods of time. I am fairly sure it would work for women as well to increase blood flow to the same regions (genitals) which increases sensitivity and pleasure.
