It’s salt flakes we use it in a salt pig. Not sure if it would work in a grinder as it’s very soft. Great product though. 👍🏻

is this salt suitable cook with the chicken?

I use and cook with this salt - it is just perfect with everything . -- On its own in cooking ( inclusive chicken)I also use it in salt mills mixed with mixed herbs or just ordinary table salt in small salt cellars .
