Clear Acrylic Display Case with Matte Black Base, Preassemblyed Dust-Proof Showcase, Single-Piece Clear Box for Collectibles (4x4x4 inch)

I have been searching for a standard display case for all of my model rail and diecast moel car collection and finally found it with this case. I have tried many, both cheap and expensive for my 1/18 scale collectible car models and tried 2 of these on trial. I now have 6 and will probably be ordering more as the collection grows, given the quality and cost.They require assembly and this gave me pause at forst, but I tried it. The first one took me about 30 minutes to assemble die to losing the the little round acrylic tool provided to start the removal of the mylar proection sheets from each side of each piece. I resorted to an Xacto knife instead. Once accomplisehed, each piece snapped together without issue and the provided latex gloves jeep the pieces clean and fingerprint free.Subsequent assemblies, with the round tool used to start a corner then easily removing ithe mylar protrective sheets, takes about 10 minutes. What you have on completion is a very clean, very clear , unblemished case. They are stackable and look great.This is my new standard display case.
