These are quite comfortable. If you are a size 8-9 shoe size, get the size 8.5-9.5, size. They fit perfect. Slight stretch. The insole however, is not very padded. Very thin. So, I feel if you have bad feet, or very flat feet, your feet will start to hurt eventually in these, if you are doing a lot of walking. The soles are very rugged. And have good tractions. Overall, I like them,& will be wearing them at the beach!

The one complaint I have about these shoes is that it took way longer than expected to get to my house. Regarding the product, it is pretty comfortable. I have been walking around in my house and it is really comfortable. I like the neutral look at this shoes and I believe it would be comfortable to wear whenever I go to the pool or a swim related event. It is easy to put on and take it off, it is true to size and I really like it.

Overall the shoes are wonderful. These fit as expected and are vey comfortable. We use these in the pool and around pool and resort areas. In fact, these receive so much attention and compliments. It is almost odd how many people comment on these shoes. Our rating of 4 out of 5 is due to the construction and performance. 1. The shoes will instantly yellow in chlorine. We have the White shoes and the fabric turns to light yellow almost immediately. 2. The shoes are inexpensive and we use these as disposable shoes. After a few days of use in a pool setting, the ties will fray and wear very quickly. However, for the cost, these are great for disposable use.

I purchased these for myself and my teenager before our trip to Mexico. We'd been told there were rocks just offshore, which of course is what made it such a great area for snorkeling. There's no way I could have walked in and out of the ocean all day without these! My son tried once and immediately regretted it. You can still feel the stones and uneven ground through the soles, but they're just thick enough to cushion the sharpness and prevent cuts or pain. They also drain very well; I never once felt water pooling inside them or any heaviness while swimming. It really is like swimming barefooted. I was also grateful to have these at the Xel-Xa water park. It's a BIG park with lots of nature trails to walk, yet these kept my feet safe and comfortable the whole time. My daughter's watch calculated we walked about 4 miles that day. They weigh virtually nothing and fold completely flat in your bag (one of the answers in the question section lists their exact weight for backpackers). They'd make great shower shoes if you're staying in hostels; they take up less space and weigh less than many flip-flops. Do keep in mind that they don't dry immediately the way a plastic flip-flop would, though, so they might not be great if you're packing up every night (mine were still damp the next morning after sitting on the porch overnight, though this was in a tropical humid area). They have a loop at the heel, so you can hang them from your pack or beach bag with a D-clip. I wear a women's 6.5 or 7 in most shoes, and I have fat feet. I found the 6.5-7.5 size to be JUST big enough. If you consistently wear a 7.5, you might go up a size. The only problem I had was putting them on; they fit tight, and I have trouble reaching my feet these days, so I had to sit down and make a project of it for a minute each time. You can easily take them off without bending over, though. I could possibly have gone up a size to make them easier to put on, but I'm worried that would create more drag in the water or make them fall off. My son's also fit true to his shoe size, and he had no trouble putting them on (he's younger and thinner LOL). I ordered the solid white. The sand did stain them a bit, but I like that the white made me feel less like a weirdo wearing a swimsuit and shoes! Not sure how sturdy they'll be in the long run, but I wore these on rocks and pavement every day for eight days, and they've held up great. If you're going to snorkel without fins, or go to a water park, or simply want to walk on a sandy beach without cutting your feet, get these!!! UPDATE: My review last year was for the “White” color (white with black trim). I just ordered a second pair in “White Holes,” and they're easier to put on. They also fit just a smidge bigger (still perfect fit, but just enough bigger that my toes aren't pressing against the front as much.) FYI, the old ones haven't worn out, I just want a backup pair for our next trip. :-) And my daughter liked ours so much that I've ordered her a pair as well! She wears a size 9 and has broad feet, but still found these true to size and comfortable.

Good water socks. The blue part began to fall apart after a year of use and the ankle grip weakened where you have to get out of the water slower or the water pull would pull off.

Love these aqua shoes! We bought 3 pairs & used them at the beach for a week. You can even wash them in the washing machine (but don’t dry) and they still look great!

This is not at all what we call as barefoot shoes. The shoe material is very cheap and the shape is not correct for a feet. Please see the video and compare with the quality of other barefoot shoes. 1) other barefoot shoes have soles that will hold their shape to some extent. This one falls like banana peel. 2) the sole material feels like plastic rather than rubber. But I could be wrong about this. Touching the sole didn't feel right. It didn't feel like a shoe sole. It felt more like plastic to me 3) other barefoot shoes have arch edges that will add little support to your arches. This one didn't have at all. 4) it didn't feel like a wide toe which was my main requirement due to suffering from bunion toes and collapsed arches. I finally went with Andune which was an Indian brand and much better quality than this.

Very confortable! I i bought them for the beach but I’m also using them every other day like normal shoes and they feel great ! It’s like gloves for your feet!
