My daughter first bought me these and I now take one every day they even taste good

Best thing about these is no sugar. Instead Stevia is used.The taste is a pleasant red berry taste.Easy to chew and digest.Only one a day is recommended.I've been taking for a couple of months but can't detect any obvious benefit, so will need to reassess after four months.However, I do think these may have boosted my immune system as I've not had any colds, sniffles, sneezes, coughs etc, even after being caught in downpours.So maybe these are more effective than I realise.

Tasty, hopefully I am getting vitamins and minerals that are missing from my diet.

Nice flavour, I feel more energised. They're smooth and gummy. I've had some progress with my cycle by using these so they work for the pcos girlies

I do love taking my supplements in gummy form. They have a pleasant taste and are not too sweet. They are very gummy and tend to get stuck around my teeth but that's a minor thing. I decided to try bee pollen as it is meant to have anti-inflammatory properties so I am hoping that it will eventually help with the arthritis in the base of my spine. As with everything, it will take a while to show much improvement, but I can honestly say that since taking these gummies it certainly hasn't got any worse, so they may be kicking in. Time will tell but I am more than happy to keep chewing on them until they show signs of helping.

These fairly firm and chewy gummies have a very pleasant fruity flavour.Caution needs to be taken because they could quite easily be mistaken for sweets! As such a safety lid like those found on medication bottles which require being pushed down and twisted may be a welcomed addition on a future production run.Vitamin D and Zinc Citrate is included in each of the gummies. Care needs to be taken if these are usually separately consumed, either individually or as part of a multivitamins and minerals supplement. It probably would be better for these gummies to only contain the bee propolis as the active ingredient. I am unsure whether the zinc and Vitamin D aids absorption or have simply been added as immune system boosters.If you cannot find an expiry date on the bottle, shine a torch on the base because it is rather faintly printed with not much contrast. There is a manufactured date there too. I contacted the brand when I could not find a use by/best before date. I received a very swift response and even a photo was included with their reply to show exactly where the dates are located on the base of the bottle. I have recommended they use a bolder and better contrasting font print in future production runs to make this information easier to find and read. I have attached my own photo to my review to show the dates on the bottle I received.No adverse reactions experienced.The item I ordered at the beginning of July 2024 arrived with a MFG date of 23/04/2024 and an expiry date of 22/04/2026.Security sealed across the bottle top opening and over the lid and neck of the bottle.
