A good quality product that mixes well with water, can be us on its own as a pre-work drink or add to your post-workout drink. Good value for money, whilst taste is subjective I find the taste and quality to be good.

Excellent intra-workout drink.Contains electrolytes to replace minerals we lose through sweating, Branch chain amino acids, glutamine, citrulline & vitamin B6.Good ratio of sodium & potassium minerals.Good Quantity and ratio of branch chain amino acids to speed muscle synthesis.Glutamine to aid in recovery.Citrulline malate to help with the pump.The minerals are bound to Citrate molecule which has better absorption than cheaper oxide bound minerals.No sugars in this intra workout. So good for people controlling sugar levels (ketogenic diet)32 servings per tub with a full scoop serving. I use half a scoop in 500ml of water so I get 64 servings ( 2 months supply)Available in several different flavours. Can be a little too sweet with full scoop, hence why I use half scoop.

Great value BCAAs, with the useful inclusion of electrolytes for use during workouts. Tastes good, mixes well, not overly sweet. The only bum note for me is the mega-dosing of B6 (71% of RDA in a single scoop). I know that B vitamins are water-soluble and excess can generally just be urinated out, but I still find it irresponsible to megadose so heavily - its just not necessary.

This is a good quality product for the price. It mixes really well and has a good nutritional balance, it has a great taste too.

Perfect for what I was needing, fruit punch is awesome flavour and no issues with powder not dissolving

Really helped my workout performance . Actually helped with weight loss

It takes a few sips to get used to the saltiness and artificial flavour but it does the job, I feel less thirsty after a workout and less achy and sore after drinking this.
