It’s gentle on my stomach and has helped with digestion, bloating, and overall gut health. I love that it’s specifically formulated for women and made with clean ingredients. Easy to take, effective, and well worth the investment in your health. Highly recommend!

This is probably my absolute favorite probiotic. It's the highest quality with the best blend for women for a decent price. As someone with all kinds of gut issues, these provide considerable relief. I have less bloating, gas, and discomfort over all. They also have a good blend for women's health, keeping everything under control, and preventing yeast. Truly a full spectrum product. Not sure if it's necessary, but I do store mine in the fridge.

I'm the chick that gets chronic Bv or yeast infections after sex 🙄literally 2days later, also If I'm too stressed or eat too much sugar. smh It's been my curse since I was a teen. No antibiotics ever truly help, they kill the bad stuff but don't replace the good that we need to keep things flowing smoothly. I've been using this brand for years, I love everything about these women's probiotics. They help with bloating, excess gas and keep your Bm's regular. If you go to the gym you’ll value these too, yup no more sweaty cooch odor lol ifykyk. TMI to some ppl.. but I just had a miscarriage and my system was all Fd up. I didn't even have sex.. YET I still got a horrible Bv flare up, not wanting anymore Dr trips or nasty antibiotics I ordered two bottles of these pills instead. They stopped all the suspicious behaviors that were happening😇 My best results when fighting any imbalance is to take a higher dose for 5-7 days •Two pills first thing in the am on an empty stomach with a full bottle of water, then just do one a day. I feel as though it gets right to work in my gut that way, and for me it does! By day three any odor has stopped and the rest follows. These pills even give you a better period and increase your vaginal wetness.. Ijs most ppl leave that out BUT it's very Important also. I’ve been using these for a few weeks and noticed less bloating and more regular digestion. They’re easy to take and also help with vaginal balance, which is a big plus.The capsules don’t need refrigeration and are great for daily use. I did feel a little gas the first couple of days, but that went away quickly. Definitely a solid probiotic, especially for women looking to improve gut and feminine health.

Listen , I contemplated for about 3 hours before buying this product a few days ago because of the reviews. I cried. Yep. Like a baby because honestly, I was amazed by how this probiotic helped me. I was suffering from a bad UTI that started up and , at the time, had been going on for 3 days. after the three days and the uti madness I decided to buy these. i’m new to probiotics but my mom takes them everyday because she has gerds and digestive problems. I’ve been wanted to feel better on the inside. Eating better , vitamins , the whole shindig so i decided to just buy them. YOU GUYS !! omg. after reading reviews , I noticed people were saying to pay attention to the color so the first thing I did was open them and look at the color ( which looked alright ) I put them right on into the fridge but not before popping one into my mouth and taking it. ( TMI disclaimer ) I took the pill and at first , the uti was still bothering me. I didn’t have my azo cranberry gummies which are what I usually eat night before bed so 🙄 .. anyway I took it , didn’t feel anything at first but then TWO HOURS. I kid you not .. scared as hell to pee because of the pain BUT there was no pain. NONE. no sensation nothing ! I jumped off the toilet and went into my moms room and just say “ omg momma my uti is like gone “ I cried. those uti pains are no joke. if you know , you know. ever since then , i’ve been taking 1 in the morning and one at night before bed and drinking tons of water... it cured my uti in hours. this is my testimony and no , no one contacted me to write this .. I just felt compelled. I will be GLAD to spend that $30 every month. not to mention , my lady part just feels good. fresh... she just feeling good y’all lol. This is an A+ feminine probiotic. I take this alongside Seed, a pre & probiotic, as it is generally recommended to add a well rounded probiotic to your existing feminine probiotics. You don’t have to choose Seed, choose one that’s right for you.I also take D-Mannose & PAC for urinary tract care, and I use a PH balancing cleanser along with a maintenance probiotic that is inserted as needed which is typically a couple times a month once your V micro biome is where it should be (Seed makes one however I am currently using one by LactoMedi).I’ve never felt better after adding this to my routine.
