I bought this amino acids for my husband and he absolutely loves it; it's his favorite. He's already on his third bottle and says it makes him feel great, very hydrated a high energy level when he exercises, that his muscles feel much better and less sore after a tough gym workout. I add to he’s protein shake and he dings notice the flavor

Yummmmm. I use Grind as an intra workout drink. The ingredients are great and I the price point is decent. I’ve had a lot of flavors and haven’t been disappointed with any of them.

Best flavor in my honesty opinion. Color is red… hahaha but if your old school your expecting that disgusting fruit punch NO xplode flavor we all grew up on. But hell no. This is an amazing flavor and it’s too bad that they discontinued the flavor. The coconut water mixture really helps hydrate after a sauna or grueling work out. Overall for the price it is pretty much within the same field for value. Axe and sledge makes the best stuff out right now. Smell is good and sweet. No nasty aftertaste
