I have tried many cock rings or ball and cock rings and this works the best. The ergonimic shape is the best for comfort and performance, and since they offer many sizes you can get 2-3 that fit perfectly--sometimes you need a little tighter and sometimes a little looser so this is really a winner.I use a 2" or this 2.12" for ball and cock ring, and sometimes use the smaller1.88" size for a penis ring.The Stainless steel quality is excellent. Place the narrowed neck downward with curve inward toward perinium. These ring makes me rock hard again!

Let me start by saying, this ring is solid—literally. The stainless steel is smooth, durable, and has a nice heft to it. It feels like it could survive a nuclear apocalypse.Now, about the sizing. I'm an average guy, nothing to brag about, but I figured a Medium would fit just fine. Spoiler alert: it didn't. Trying to get it on was like attempting to thread a needle with a rope. I was hopping around the room, doing a dance that can only be described as "The Struggle Shuffle."Lesson learned: these run small. Whatever size you think you need, go up one. I've already ordered the Large and eagerly await its arrival, hoping for a more comfortable experience.

Because it doesn't stretch, it can be a bit hard to put on, but then it is magnificent. Unlike stretch bands, it doesn't get raw after a while. It is comfortable for hours, presents the package well and, when action is necessary, it's a great enhancer. I couldn't recommend it more!

I'm glad I read the other reviews before I purchased my size. I am average in size so I selected the large after reading they run small. The large fits me and I am normal size. I can see where if I ordered the small or medium, it would have been too tight. If you are an average size guy then order a large, if you are above average you will definitely need a larger size. It fits well, comfortable and doesn't pinch. It loses a star because the size ordering is not clear enough in the description and it does run small.

FST didn't quite get the shape right and it makes a huge difference. As well the squared shape of the band on the Primal is way better than the simply round band of the FST. Giving two stars because these are a cheap way of nailing your fit before ordering Primal.
