Unless you have biotin deficiency, only taking biotin is not sufficient. Because nutrients like zinc and iron also plays a major role in hair strength which are not present in this tablets. In my case i have hair fall and only 2 or 3 grey hairs . This tablets can effectively decrease those grey hairs(I don't know how) but still i have hair fall without any change. So choose this according to your requirement or there are other alternative with extra nutrients. But in this price range this is good imo.
