My PT therapist said that using a wedge would be helpful for strengthening my feet and calves. He said many people have made it out of wood. My husband and I are definitely not handy! I saw this wedge on Amazon and I thought I would give it a try. I love it! Good value and quality and very sturdy. Holds over 900 lbs.

Light, hard Styrofoam type material. Work great for calf stretching. Purchased for travel and worked out great. Only issue is due to the material, there is no grip, so with socks, you could slide off the incline. I suggest maybe buying some fine sandpaper to place on a few squares for grip. No problem if you have shoes on. Other than that, woukd have recieved 5 stars.

You have a pair of wedges at a certain angle, then a single wedge at another. Is this a joke? Would it be possible to actually add a matching wedge for 2 pairs?

Pretty sick. I like doing heel elevated squats because I have poor ankle mobility. Hoping to work on that one day, but for the price...you can't beat these things. Solid material, come with little rubber grippers on the bottom to prevent from sliding. Like others stated you can use them to stretch too. Good buy.

Bought this to help with some physio workouts after experiencing an injury during marathon training. It helped greatly in the recovery process and still use it to consistently for out strength training exercises. Definitely worth the buy.
