well i have no idea how this works but it does . my shoulders feel a lot better since I've been wearing it and ive only been putting on in the mornings just to see how it goes. Next week ill put on for a full day ....... Top bit of kit, Man Bra :)

Good product

I have a back problem with slight curvature of the spine. I have a simular product but this one gives better support because of the rigid center along the spine. Thus gives greater support in realigning my posture so reducing the rolling forward of my Rt shoulder. It is comfortable to wear and doesn't look out of place witt my casual attire . It is easy to adjust and ghe traps are comfortable. Material is of good quality and moves easily with your body while still holding yiu in place.

Too small I am a size 10 -12 but way too tight under arms I ordered s/m cannot wear it

I’ve tried quite a few of these are vests and some are better than others. This one seemed to be well made and the straps and Velcro will construct it and it felt high-quality. However, when placing the vest on and trying to adjust it I just didn’t feel that it gave me support in the areas where it is supposed to, I ended up having to overtighten it to get any kind of feel that it was pulling my shoulders back and improving my posture. Other ones I have tried are more simple, but do give a better result. I am 6’2” tall and have a 44 inch chest. I would suggest that this particular model was more suited to someone smaller than me. The overall build quality is good. However the function for me on this one was not good at all.

Poor quality. Was supposed to be size large/ Extra Large, I am not very big and it was too small and uncomfortable for me.
