+10mm somewhere! Oh, I am using on a '23 S.
Same length as another KLR 650 Tusk lever purchased, but, this one sits +10mm further out from the engine case! Both Tusk levers were about the same length as the stock, absolutely not extended from the foot peg forward like shown in one of the reviews. Unsure if this is specific to Gen3 or Gen3 S? Or I got wonky parts?Related , trying to make room for a riding boot... What worked for me is the Moose Racing 1/2" rear offset SS foot pegs and this lever. You need spings for the Moose... And mounted solid w/o rubber. Joy finally. The Tusk billet footpegs were weird poiting slightly rearward and sat too damned high and couldn't adjust lever up enough without hitting sprocket guard.Let the good times roll!

Where has this been my whole big footed Life ?
IMHO this should have been the stock shift lever . Much easier to shift when wearing boots (size 12 ) .Just felt natural within a couple of blocks . If you find yourself contorting your foot trying to get under the lever this is the solution .

Works Perfect!.
Installed on my KLR560 and it's 100X better than the factory one. I wish it came in more colors but it is what it is.
