Arrived on time and as described. I am a few weeks post full knee joint replacement surgery and am off all pain meds completely. I still have swelling and some muscle pain that keeps waking me up. Icing my knee at night for sleep helps but either becomes warm after a while or, when using an ice machine, is kind of a lot of hose and bulk to try and sleep around. It’s definitely needed - but as time and recovery are progressing—> —>I am finding that these menthol cooling patches are a great alternative to the ice packs and or machines when those options need constant monitoring. They are large enough to cover a large area safely (no monitoring for ice burns or melted packs). The material is also thin enough to cut with scissors so you can make specific sized patches if needed. (I needed a 1.5” strip to wrap around my ankle, and a smaller rectangle to place under the arch of my foot -cutting to size worked great.) No lidocaine, just the menthol, but it lasts through the night which helps. Great for after physical therapy relief. Bottom Line: I wish they were less expensive, but they work. And for the cost vs effectiveness I would recommend. I will be purchasing again as needed.

The only difference between these patches and Biofreeze large patches is this brand of patch takes a little longer to kick in otherwise pain relief level and size are identical. Well worth buying if you use Biofreeze patches often or need to apply multiple patches in various areas to relieve pain.

It did wonders for my back pain and it lasted for day and a half!!!

Cheapest and just as good as anything else. Sticks well great pain relief. Don’t hesitate I research these for my life! Effective!
