A must for Mac Minis. Works as it should.
Not sure what to say, other than it does what it is supposed to do and completely expands functionality and ports for my Mac Mini! A must have I believe for any MacBook or Mac Mini, at least some kind of usb-c expansion hub. Would buy again.

Wonder little piece of unknown tech.
This item was a game changer to turn my laptop into a desk top with a single plug. Not i have a larger monitor (HDMI) and a full size wireless keyboard and mouse with no other cables to run.

Great port extender for laptop
This external port has a lot of slots to add devices. Please note that if you are trying to use it on an Apple laptop with 2, 3, chip, it will not allow you to connect two monitors independently of each other it will just mirror. All the other ports and connections types worked just fine.

USB plugs don't work--trash
Right out of the box, the USB plugs do not work. I tried the troubleshooting steps, and they include impossible things like pressing a nonexistent power button. The included manual shows no such thing. Unplugging and replugging the cables does nothing. Drivers are already updated. I will need to return this for a refund. Extremely disappointed.

Card Readers Do Not Work
Both card readers don't work. I did not need to use them untill after my return window had closed.

Nice dock - I want to give more but no audio.
I really like this dock, but is not quite the best I have used for the price point. Everything is great, it works flawlessly. EXCEPT… I really wanted to run my audio through it and no matter what I do I get no audio through this device. I tried on multiple laptops, checked drivers and device manager and nothing showed up. If you do not need the audio - this is definitely an awesome dock. If you do, move on as the audio seems to be a problem, at least for the unit I tested.Ran two 27” HDMI monitors at 1920x USB3 2.5Gbe and Logitech game controller. Everything worked great. So again, awesome dock mostly but the audio was completely dead.
