I'm so glad I tried this cleanse! I did one bottle a day and I started with the fruit flavors and ended with the green flavors. It definitely helped with cravings and the fiber in the juice really filled me up! I love that you can still eat with this cleanse and that it's not at all harsh on your gut but it also helps everything balance out. At the end of 6 days I felt lighter and more balanced in my body. I'll definitely keep more of these on hand for when I want to eat lighter and reduce cravings and bloat. One note about the taste. I didn't love the taste of all of these juices, I added lemon juice to the green ones and served all of them over ice. But the ingredients seemed to really work and I felt the difference in my cravings and taste buds so it was worth it to me to stay on the plan. Overall I highly recommend this juice cleanse.

As both a Functional Nutrition practitioner and TCM professional, experiencing the Karviva juice cleanse that is based on ancient formularies is a real relief to the confusing detox world. Each juice is based on traditional recipes that support the bodies use of nutrients. I personally think these juices taste real unlike so many other bottled juice cleanses. As a woman who is in midlife, I understand how much insulin sensitivity is impacted with aging, so I appreciate the low glycemic load of each juice. This cleanse can be done in 1, 3 or 6 days so you can really tailor your detox. I would definitely recommend this cleanse to anyone looking for a gentle detox.

I’ve tried juice cleanses that left me starving or with stomach issues, but this one is so different. I used it as a 1-bottle-a-day reset with my normal light meals, and by day 4 my bloating was way down and I felt more comfortable in my clothes. The flavor isn’t super sweet, more like a real, earthy wellness drink, but cold over ice it’s easy to drink. I’ll keep this in my routine for busy weeks when I need a little reset without chaos.

Terrible taste, gag worthy. I tried the "Peach, Mandarin and Kiwi mix and hadn't realized it was also made with mushrooms. You could taste the fruit which was okay, the drink itself was a little gritty but within that same Sip you get smacked with an awful after taste of mushrooms which is unpleasant. This ruined it for me trying any of the other flavors. Fruit and mushrooms don't belong together...

So far I'm on day 2 of drinking them. Not sure if there was any specific order but I started off with the two green bottles. The taste is not that great however it is doable. I can say the feeling of hunger is not so much present as it once was and I feel full. I will update after finishing my last bottle. UPDATE: Finished all 6 and ordered my next batch. The mango flavor was by far the best one. To keep with healthy eating this is something you have to drink continuously. I can say that I haven't been eating as much junk as before.

The juice is so effective for curbing sugar cravings and supporting gentle detoxification. It really helped me with my digestion and felt less bloated. Definitely gonna buy it again!

I only got 5 bottles seems to be missing the Mango

This combination of juices was a great reset for me. While 4 of the 6 bottles has somewhat the same taste - i did a little checking on the ingredients and notice that all 4 of those bottles has mung bean sprouts. That is such an interesting but clean taste. I took the cleanse over the course of 2 days, so 3 bottles a day and it definitely helps with cravings. I did feel a bit lighter, energized and somewhat satisfied throughout the cleanse. There is also some light guides online that gives you a sample of how to proceed with the cleanse so people who are new to it can stick to a good cleanse diet.
