- FRAGRANCES BASED ON 100% PURE AND NATURAL ESSENTIAL OILS FOR SAUNA. The essential oils are blended in a cosmetological solution to mix with water from the bucket and diffuse perfectly. Use diluted at a rate of 10 to 20 ml per litre of water (1 to 2 caps) and pour the diluted solution over the hot stones of the stove. Never use pure essential oils in a sauna. As they are greasy substances, they will burn instantly and leave a layer causing harmful fumes on the lava stones

Thus, most products used in saunas emit odours caused by the calcination of essential oils when they come into contact with the hot lava stones. Pour sauna finlandais et/ ou infrarouges
Je l'ai utilisé dans mon sauna à infrarouges dilué mais cela ne dégageait pas de senteur...peut être l'ai je mal utilisé ou est ce efficace seulement dans le sauna finlandais sur les pierres chaudes ?
