My dogs are fascinated by this fountain!
The media could not be loaded. My dogs love this fountain! The first one I received was missing pieces. I contacted them manufacturer and they were kind enough to send me an entire replacement one. I can’t say enough great things about their customer service. Make sure you get plenty of filters because they do need changed often I change mine once a week. It’s nice that it’s all stainless steel parts and can be easily cleaned with bleach and disinfected. My dogs seem to think it’s really fun to drink from. As soon as I sat it down they were fascinated.

3rd pump, helpful customer service
Pump stopped working a couple days after return window closed. Purchased another pump separately, and that stopped working within a month. Customer service reached out and offered me a refund, so I am trying another one. I hadn’t considered contacting them first because it was past my return time frame. They were very helpful, I just hope the next pump works longer!

Great until it stopped working!
Was excellent until the motor broke after 7 months. Total bummer.Update: customer service was amazing! I was contacted by the company and issued a refund as well as a new bowl. So pleased!

Amazing
Love this water fountain that filters the water and puppy slobber. Love the feature that the water stops flowing to indicate it’s time to refill. I highly recommend this fountain.

Why doesn't this worry pet owners?
I bought one but I'm afraid to use it for my dog something about stainless steel and electricity and water just doesn't sound like a good idea. I gave it 5 stars because of the concept of it. I would like to know other people saftey concerns and opinions about these products.
